Stress Management
Pressure is part of work. Burnout does not have to be. This programme teaches people how stress shows up, and gives them tools they can use during a busy day, plus habits that help them recover.
- Recognise early signs of stress in themselves and others
- Use short tools to steady attention and mood at work
- Have honest workload and boundary conversations
- Build daily habits that support recovery
- Support a colleague without trying to be their therapist
- Know when to point someone to professional help

Questions, answered
Is this therapy?
No. It is training and coaching, not medical treatment. If someone needs clinical care, I point them to the right professional.
Is it based on research?
The tools come from psychology and positive psychology. I teach them with care and say plainly where the evidence is stronger or weaker.
How long is the session?
A half-day or one-day workshop is typical. Follow-up sessions can be added.
Can we run it online?
Yes, live online over Zoom.
